Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our client’s team on a full-time, remote basis. This position involves creating innovative datasets for training and benchmarking large language models by working closely with research teams. Your work will focus on curating code examples, generating solutions, and refining code across various programming languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate code examples, implement solutions, and correct code in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Assess and enhance AI-produced code for performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve enterprise-class AI coding tools according to industry benchmarks.
- Create automated agents to validate code quality and detect error trends.
- Formulate hypotheses on software engineering lifecycle phases and assess model proficiency in these areas.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive software engineering experience, with a minimum of two years in a top-tier product company.
- Strong skills in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS.
- Competence in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Experience designing mechanisms to verify software engineering tasks.
