Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete AI-driven workflows utilizing software and automation technologies.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with enterprise systems using APIs, MCP, and similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects and software engineers to interpret requirements and devise effective AI system implementations.
• Improve and maintain user interfaces for better usability and continuous enhancement.
• Create hybrid solutions combining backend, frontend, large language models (LLM), prompting techniques, and robotic process automation (RPA) for human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Manage middleware components like single sign-on (SSO), authentication, and authorization systems.
• Monitor AI solutions in production, track performance indicators, and proactively address issues related to reliability and performance.
• Implement security best practices, establish backup and fallback mechanisms, and minimize risks within AI deployments.
• Upgrade existing AI systems across various domains including enterprise, consumer, IT, networks, and corporate functions to ensure relevant AI capabilities.
• Support and refine the marketplace recommender system by integrating updated offers and business rules effectively.
• Troubleshoot and enhance production pipelines and applications to ensure robustness, scalability, and performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI and agentic AI developments, applying research findings to internal tools and solutions.
• Adopt rigorous software engineering principles emphasizing modularity, reproducibility, and thorough testing.
• Engage in research and development to tackle novel problems lacking established solutions.
• Balance procedural and approval requirements with project delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in software and AI development with exposure to agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and SQL.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of LLM integration and orchestration methods.
• Competency in prompt engineering.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs including RESTful, gRPC; knowledge of MCP is advantageous.
• Expertise with middleware, including single sign-on and access control protocols like OAuth2 and JWT.
• Proficient in version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
• A passion for applied research and development, maintaining awareness of AI innovations and bringing them into production.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams involving software engineers, AI developers, data platform specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record building secure, enterprise-grade AI integrations.
