Security Delivery Lead

About the Role

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role by leveraging your expertise in security to collaborate with multiple teams, making key decisions and steering the management of security governance delivery. This position provides an excellent chance to influence security strategies, execute pioneering solutions, and maintain alignment with organizational policies to protect the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management of Security Projects spanning network infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and all contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary governance liaison connecting client leadership with delivery teams.
• Conduct service review sessions, manage escalations, and facilitate governance forums.
• Supervise risks, issues, and overall performance on a service level, focusing beyond operational aspects.
• Make certain that policies, controls, and regulatory compliance standards are consistently met.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving service quality and advancing service maturity.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Extensive experience in the governance of Managed Security Services.
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and endpoint protection technologies.
• Capability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at executive levels effectively.
• High awareness of risk management, compliance protocols, and audit processes.
• Demonstrated skill in managing escalations and enabling decisive resolution-making.
• Proficient in offering constructive challenges to teams, promoting autonomy without micromanagement.
