Job Overview

As a Security Administrator at Hilton, you play a key role in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests, team members, and facilities, contributing to memorable hospitality experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform regular security inspections throughout the hotel's internal and external premises to identify potential threats, risks, or unsafe conditions affecting guests and staff.
  • Lead preliminary investigations into incidents by collecting pertinent information, documenting findings, and ensuring comprehensive security reporting.
  • Compile and maintain detailed and accurate security records and reports that comply with organizational standards and facilitate necessary follow-up.
  • Respond effectively and calmly to emergency situations such as fires, medical emergencies, or security hazards, coordinating necessary actions promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a secure and supportive environment throughout their stay.
