Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Scheduling Consultant to become part of our Adelaide team. This role involves managing complex staffing logistics, fostering relationships, and delivering timely solutions within a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in providing healthcare clients with skilled nursing professionals by skillfully managing scheduling and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage nursing shift bookings efficiently.
- Match qualified nurses to meet specific client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both healthcare clients and nursing personnel.
- Respond promptly to last-minute staffing requests and urgent changes.
- Monitor and manage workforce availability and shift assignments.
- Maintain precise records and update scheduling systems consistently.
- Work towards achieving fill rates and service delivery goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand current client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering, or recruitment.
- Able to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resourceful problem solver, capable of quick thinking.
- Comfortable using technology and database management systems.
- Motivated by target achievement and positive outcome creation.
- Background in healthcare, recruitment, or agency environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
