SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Developer

Job Overview and Requirements

This position calls for an experienced SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) Developer with over five years of practical exposure specifically in the SAP SD module. The role involves comprehensive knowledge of various SD related business processes including but not limited to Standard Order, Consignment, Third Party processing, Stock Transfers, Service Order management, Rebate management, Billing Plans, Inter-company Stock Transfers, and Make to Order scenarios.

Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of SAP SD configuration elements such as Pricing Procedures, Output Controls, Copy Controls, Partner Determination, Listing and Exclusion processes, Free Goods handling, Text Determination, and Route Determination. Additionally, strong proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with a focus on IDocs is essential, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience. This includes expertise in Inbound and Outbound IDoc setup, customization, configuration of message types, and partner profiles.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end mapping of IDoc segments and collaborate closely with external third-party vendors to facilitate smooth IDoc processing.
• Handle IDoc re-processing tasks and troubleshooting, including initial debugging efforts.
• Demonstrate solid skills in configuring and comprehending the Customer Service (CS) module within SAP.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold any graduate degree or a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization to qualify for this role.
