Role Overview
As a SAP C4C Consultant, you will contribute to designing and implementing customer experience solutions that align business needs with SAP technology capabilities. Your role involves collaborating with both technical and functional stakeholders to enhance system performance, ensure operational continuity, and provide expert consulting guidance combined with hands-on expertise on the SAP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business requirements and convert them into robust SAP C4C solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP C4C modules, workflows, and associated business processes.
- Provide expertise on SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
- Support integration efforts between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with technical teams regarding APIs, middleware components, and integration needs.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, service requests, and live system issues.
- Implement enhancements, conduct testing, manage deployments, and oversee release processes.
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate defect resolution.
- Document functional processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure aligned solution delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large enterprise projects.
- Practical experience configuring SAP C4C, including workflows and custom enhancements.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud platforms.
- Sound understanding of CRM and customer engagement frameworks.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and communicate business requirements and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in testing, UAT coordination, deployment activities, and providing production support.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with SAP integration tools, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience working in retail, FMCG, or other large-scale customer-facing sectors.
- Exposure to collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
