Sanitary Product Quality Inspector

Job Overview

This position entails performing quality inspections on sanitary products throughout and following the manufacturing and packaging process to ensure adherence to the companys quality benchmarks and safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Examine raw materials, items in production, and completed sanitary products for defects, contamination, and correct sealing.
• Verify attributes such as product weight, dimensions, absorbency, packaging integrity, label accuracy, and expiration dates.
• Guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards during production.
• Document inspection findings and notify the Quality Control Supervisor of any products failing to meet standards.
• Support the compilation of daily quality reports to track inspection outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a diploma or higher qualification; a background in science is favorable.
• Have 1 to 2 years of work experience within FMCG or a sanitary product manufacturing setting.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and an aptitude for thorough quality inspections.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and hygiene protocols.
• Availability and willingness to work various shifts as required.
