Salesforce Specialist

Role Overview

The Salesforce Specialist will oversee functional expertise throughout all phases of the Salesforce lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Development, Configuration, Testing, Quality Assurance, Go Live, and ongoing post-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in defining project scope and gathering requirements while ensuring the project team has accurate and current information.
• Oversee onboarding and deactivation of users, including handling ownership transfers for accounts, contracts, and opportunities.
• Configure applications and execute enhancements, addressing configuration-related issues promptly.
• Maintain data consistency across platforms, advise on report and dashboard generation, and offer system and application management insights.
• Set and monitor compliance for code check-ins, backups and recovery, version control procedures, and facilitate integration between Salesforce and other systems.
• Develop training resources covering Accounts, Contracts, Opportunities, Leads, Case Management, Activities, Reports, and Dashboards, supporting a 'train the trainer' program led by the Salesforce Product Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least four years of relevant functional experience supporting all stages of Salesforce initiatives.
• Proficient in report creation and complex data analysis for customer and commercial information.
• Highly skilled in data extraction, transformation, and visual analytics.
• Experience managing accounts, portfolios, or client relationships.
• Capable of making business decisions that positively influence short- and long-term profitability while optimizing costs.
