We are a sustainable agro-processing company dedicated to converting locally harvested pineapples into high-quality natural juices free from added sugars or preservatives. Our brand is rooted in quality, sustainability, and positive community impact, fostering long-term ethical partnerships with growers and consumers.

Role Overview

As a Sales Partner based remotely in Accra, you will spearhead sales growth and fortify ties with retail, hospitality, and distribution channels. Your responsibilities include identifying new prospects, presenting product offerings effectively, negotiating agreements, and closing sales. You will also maintain existing client accounts, ensure consistent order flow, and coordinate with operations to guarantee timely deliveries and proper inventory levels.

This role involves supporting channel partners through product training, in-store promotions, and marketing activities aimed at enhancing brand awareness and sales outcomes. Regular tracking of sales metrics, gathering client feedback, and sharing market insights will contribute to strategic decisions related to pricing, packaging, and product development.

Compensation

  • Instant cash commissions awarded per bottle sold.
  • Tiered monthly bonuses and special incentives based on achieving key sales milestones and volumes.
  • Access to a Taste Pack and comprehensive Digital Sales Kit to aid in product presentations and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills for clear product presentation and internal collaboration.
  • Prior work with channel partners such as distributors, retailers, and hospitality establishments.
  • Preferred experience in FMCG, beverage, or agro-processing sales sectors.
  • Ability to operate independently, including local travel in Accra for customer visits and field activities.
  • Proficiency with basic sales reporting tools, MS Office, or equivalent software.
  • Commitment to sustainable practices, ethical business conduct, and community-centered initiatives.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines is advantageous.
