Role Overview

As Sales Manager at our Havelock North Village, you will lead the complete sales journey for prospective residents and their families, striving to meet sales and settlement goals while exemplifying values of respect, openness, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement, ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Proactively stimulate demand via outreach initiatives, engagement in the community, and maintaining market awareness.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate data, manage sales forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Provide a customer-centered, transparent, and respectful experience to residents and their families.
  • Manage relationships through resale, refurbishment, and move-in phases.
  • Work collaboratively with Care Centre Managers and village teams to accommodate residents with additional requirements.
  • Primarily work Monday to Friday with flexibility to include weekends as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experienced sales professional with a strong ethical framework.
  • Excellent skills in building relationships, communication, and influencing others.
  • Genuine passion for supporting older adults and a positive outlook on aging.
  • Strong business insight with a focus on results.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintains high standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
