Job description
Role Overview
Skyline Queenstown seeks an organised and customer-oriented Sales & Guest Services Coordinator to join their proactive team. This multifaceted position supports both Sales and Reservations departments by managing guest and trade partner inquiries, handling reservations, administering accounts, and maintaining stakeholder relations. The role contributes significantly to the commercial success and renowned guest experiences of Skyline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication and coordination in both Mandarin and English with guests and travel trade partners.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and account administration tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and locations to assist domestic and international visitors and business operations.
- Support trade events, site inspections, familiarisation visits, and hosting duties, including flexible hours beyond the usual Monday to Friday schedule.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years' experience with insight into the New Zealand Inbound Trade and Online Travel Agent (OTA) environment.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant background in reservations, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate regular communication with bilingual guests and partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management competencies with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven skills in building and sustaining positive relationships with guests, trade partners, and stakeholders.
- Comfortable using booking and reservation systems and capable of quickly mastering new technologies.
- Experience with travel trade partners, wholesalers, or inbound tour operators is considered beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 NZD with guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 40 hours per week).

Additional Details
