Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position offers an exciting opportunity to manage fast-paced sales qualification at Rippling while supporting a strategic sales approach. The SDR will focus on finding and qualifying prospective clients and channel partners, driving pipeline growth, and supporting Account Executives. The role emphasizes a driven, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, and career growth potential within a transparent advancement framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Become proficient with the entire Rippling product suite and understand competitors in the market.
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach with thoughtful messaging targeting upmarket prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to coordinate outbound campaigns aimed at raising lead generation.
- Apply proven sales techniques to identify and engage new accounts.
- Manage and cultivate relationships within assigned key accounts.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a phone-based sales role involving outbound calls.
- Proven ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across different teams.
- A competitive spirit and desire to thrive in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
