About the Role
This is a Sales Development Representative position based in London with remote work flexibility. You'll join a rapidly expanding technology business that offers fully managed IT services, including cybersecurity solutions. The role involves driving sales for managed services (MSP) centered around IT security.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary up to 80,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of 150,000 in your first year (increasing further in the second year)

Key Responsibilities
After an intensive product training program, you will start generating your own leads through prospecting. Once you have closed your initial deal, you will also receive warm leads to pursue. Deals average 150,000, with a 10% commission paid monthly for sales closed that month. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls and product demonstrations designed to address client challenges to deal negotiation ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle IT sales, preferably within managed services, ready to engage with larger deals and more ambitious targets
- Strong interest in technology and cybersecurity, capable of confidently discussing product features with both technical personnel and executive-level prospects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting requiring rapid decision-making and swift deal closures
- Proficient in asking challenging questions, managing objections, and closing deals effectively
- Self-driven, competitive, and proactive in building sales pipelines while collaborating as a team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Typically degree-educated, preferably in a STEM field, although this is not mandatory
- Sound understanding of cybersecurity principles
Working Arrangement
You will primarily work remotely, coordinating with colleagues online, but should be available to travel to London every two to three weeks.
