About splose
splose is a cutting-edge AI-powered practice management platform designed to enhance healthcare delivery. Trusted by over 25,000 allied health professionals globally, we help clinicians reduce administrative burdens so they can prioritize patient care. Supported by top venture capital firms including EVP, Spectrum Equity, and Athletic Ventures, splose recently secured a record-breaking Series A funding of $46 million, the largest ever for a South Australian SaaS company. Our rapid growth is focused on advancing our product, investing in our talent, and expanding globally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tenacious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, tasked with discovering their needs, generating interest, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role is ideal for individuals early in their sales career who consistently engage in outreach activities, are comfortable making calls, and are driven by meeting targets. A passion for SaaS, healthcare, or technology is advantageous, but above all, we value your enthusiasm to learn and persistence in building a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling to uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified meetings by proactive outreach.
- Research target allied health organizations to identify key decision makers.
- Communicate clear, persuasive value propositions about our platform.
- Accurately track all prospects, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Consistently hit or surpass activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
- Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to improve performance.
- Provide insights on market trends, messaging effectiveness, and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Between 6 to 18 months experience in sales, customer interface, or lead generation roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to sustain high activity levels.
- Resilient mindset with a positive approach to target-driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound prospecting or roles requiring high volume calling.
- Interest or background in SaaS, healthcare, or technology industries.
Additional Information
Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted for an initial screening by our internal talent acquisition team.
