MR Neo is an AI-driven Customer Operating System tailored to enhance business management of customer relationships, lead tracking, communication, process automation, and engagement through a unified platform. The system integrates functionalities including CRM, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, automation, AI chatbots, and multiple customer engagement tools.
Role Overview
We seek a motivated and outcome-focused Sales Associate to pinpoint potential business prospects, establish contact with prospective customers, comprehend their needs, showcase MR Neo’s solutions, and support the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients using various channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads aligned with business requirements and sales potential.
- Assess client challenges and suggest pertinent MR Neo offerings.
- Present and demonstrate features of MR Neo’s CRM, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, automation, chatbot, and AI components.
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing details, and sales-related communications.
- Accurately document lead status, meetings, and deal progress within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams regarding client needs and onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines to finalize deals.
- Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and sustain client relationships post-conversion, identifying upselling opportunities.
- Provide feedback from prospects and insights on the market to internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates exhibiting strong communication and an aptitude for sales are welcomed.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, IT, CRM, digital solutions, or internal sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging with clients.
- Fundamental grasp of B2B sales and lead generation methods.
- Proficient in presentations and negotiation techniques.
- Adept at understanding technology products and conveying their value simply.
- Strong skills in follow-up and relationship management.
- Comfortable with working towards sales KPIs and targets.
- Basic familiarity with CRM, SaaS platforms, WhatsApp Business, and AI-based tools is beneficial.
- Competent with Excel or Google Sheets, email communication, presentations, and CRM applications.
Performance Indicators
Key success metrics include the number of qualified leads, demos performed, effectiveness of follow-ups, conversion ratios, revenue generation, pipeline status, and client retention or up-selling achievements.
