Role Overview
We are inviting candidates to join our expanding team as a Sales Associate on a permanent full-time basis based in Darwin, Northern Territory. This role is tailored for individuals enthusiastic about real estate and eager to develop their careers within the vibrant Elders real estate network. It presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship from some of the industry's best professionals, supported by a well-established sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and conducting open homes and property inspections.
- Provide ongoing support and communication with both buyers and vendors.
- Prepare listing documents and presentation materials for properties.
- Create and manage marketing content and campaigns.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for properties.
- Support property settlement processes including conducting pre-settlement checks.
- Maintain and update client databases appropriately.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, approachable and friendly.
- Self-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Competent with computer applications relevant to the role.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management abilities.
- Holder of a current driver's licence.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-centered mindset.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Real Estate.
