Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Resident Engineer to join our team onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on administering, implementing, integrating, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing operational support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, and related integrations.
Mandatory Qualifications and Technical Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in the Identity & Access Management domain.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience working directly with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations and support activities.
- Proficient hands-on skills with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, and LDAP.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL databases and Java programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SCIM APIs, and JDBC integrations.
- In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), as well as Access Requests, Provisioning, De-provisioning, and Access Certifications.
- Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role and policy management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring and health checks to ensure smooth operation of the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.
- Manage incident response, problem resolution, and overall operational support.
- Configure and enhance workflows, business processes, connectors, and rules within the platform.
- Develop and sustain integrations with enterprise applications, directories, and other identity sources.
- Support all aspects of JML processes, provisioning activities, access requests, certifications, and RBAC management.
- Diagnose and resolve SailPoint platform issues, including performing root cause analyses.
- Assist with change management, release coordination, and deployment procedures in IAM environments.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with audit and access governance policies and requirements.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and offer technical guidance to internal stakeholders and support teams.
Preferred Credentials
- SailPoint professional certifications.
- ITIL certification preferred.
