Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint Developer based in Kochi, Kerala. This role involves comprehensive development, configuration, and management of Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments, supporting identity and access management lifecycle processes in a major IT services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize workflows, rules, and connectors within the Sailpoint IIQ platform.
- Perform application onboarding through various connectors in Sailpoint IIQ to enable identity access management.
- Support the offshore development team in requirement gathering, analysis, design, and implementation of factory development practices.
- Collaborate with operations and client teams to evaluate and onboard suitable applications into the existing Sailpoint system.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements aligned with new releases and evolving business demands.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, BeanShell scripting, JDBC, XML, and web services.
- Deep understanding of Sailpoint IIQ fundamentals including installation, configuration, application onboarding, entitlement catalogs, roles, reports, rules, and task management such as aggregation, refresh, and maintenance.
- Expertise in Sailpoint IIQ provisioning concepts including provisioning object models, custom connectors, integration architecture, workflow and dashboard navigation, workitem and approval generation, and lifecycle manager configurations.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages like Shell, Perl, and Python.
- Proficient in database technologies, including SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of identity and access management lifecycle and related security principles.
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Additional Information
This position is an onsite full-time role located in Kochi, Kerala. Walk-in interviews will be conducted on September 12, 2026. Candidates with 4 to 15 years of relevant Sailpoint development experience are encouraged to apply.
