Job Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of correct products on the production line to prevent downtime.
- Assist with line changeovers to minimize stoppages.
- Follow all applicable work instructions carefully.
- Operate the depositor machinery as required.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, promptly reporting any incidents or hazards.
- Maintain product quality by immediately discussing potential quality issues with line supervisors.
- Practice excellent personal hygiene and maintain cleanliness, performing thorough clean downs during product switches to avoid cross contamination.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience maintaining standards and KPIs in a production setting.
- Competency in English and Mathematics.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Successful completion of Level 2 Food Safety training is required.
Desirable:
- Possession of a Level 2 Food Safety certificate or similar food safety experience.

Terms and Benefits
- Competitive salary of 14.78 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, with option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
