About the Role
This permanent full-time position based in Rivervale, Western Australia offers a unique opportunity to impact staffing strategies that enhance care delivery nationwide. As a Rostering Optimisation Consultant, you will collaborate with residential sites across Australia to enhance workforce planning by providing insightful advice, improving rostering practices, and supporting operational teams to optimize staff scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide expert coaching and troubleshooting to ensure effective rostering, analyse workforce data to optimize staff usage and care delivery, and contribute to national transformation initiatives such as the migration to a unified UKG tenancy platform. Additionally, you may occasionally fill short-term roster gaps to maintain seamless operation.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience managing shift-based or complex workforce environments, with proficiency using workforce management systems like UKG. You must be skilled in training diverse teams, engaging stakeholders, and interpreting workforce analytics to guide decision-making. Excellent organizational abilities, independence balanced with teamwork, and strong alignment with BaptistCare's values are essential. Experience in residential aged care and willingness to travel interstate will be advantageous.
