Revit and BIM Modeler

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Revit and BIM Modeler to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal. This role involves creating and managing detailed 3D Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit, supporting multiple disciplines including Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit software.
• Engage in multidisciplinary modeling activities covering Architectural, Structural, and MEP areas.
• Assist with MEP modeling tasks, coordination between disciplines, and identifying clashes in models.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other BIM professionals to ensure alignment.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to maintain model accuracy and quality.
• Detect and resolve any issues related to modeling and coordination promptly.
• Ensure high standards of quality, precision, and consistency in project output.
• Complete modeling duties within the defined project schedules.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit software.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination is highly preferred.
• Sound understanding of BIM processes and the management of multidisciplinary coordination.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.
