Job description

About VOYE HOMES

VOYE HOMES stands as a premier holiday home network in India managing over 100 boutique resorts and homes across more than 20 destinations spanning India and the UAE. The portfolio encompasses over 600 rooms with a guest tally exceeding 500,000. Recognized as one of India's top tourism startups and a leading holiday home chain, the company is rapidly expanding with an estimated valuation surpassing ₹100 crore. Unlike typical listing platforms, VOYE HOMES takes direct management control by leveraging technology, professional hospitality, and guest-centric service to revolutionize the holiday home experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive revenue management plans applicable across multiple properties.
  • Examine market dynamics, demand fluctuations, seasonal variations, and competitor activity.
  • Create adaptive pricing models aimed at maximizing occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and total revenue.
  • Regularly oversee and fine-tune daily pricing and available inventory across all properties.
  • Ensure consistency and parity in rates across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking platforms.
  • Track competitor pricing trends and promptly respond to market changes with pricing adjustments.
  • Oversee the OTA coordination team and guarantee efficient routine operations.
  • Enhance the OTA team's effectiveness through skill development and process enhancements.
  • Analyze OTA performance metrics including visibility, booking conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Optimize OTA listings with strategic promotions, stock availability, restrictions, and inventory management.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to boost occupancy, ADR, Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and profitability.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage revenue forecasts, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Assess booking pace, cancellations, pick-up rates, and forecast future demand to guide pricing strategies.
  • Design specific strategies to address peak seasons, low-demand intervals, weekends, events, and seasonal shifts.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to unify revenue management approaches.
  • Set performance standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Revenue and OTA teams.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team growth and results.
  • Develop and standardize operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and workflows for Revenue and OTA functions.
  • Continuously monitor revenue trends, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify new revenue enhancement possibilities and commercial growth strategies.
