Role Overview
The Retail Trainer role focuses on supporting training coordination and fostering people development within retail teams. The position requires strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, aimed at facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions targeted at retail staff.
- Prepare and compile training materials, generate reports, and create presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure timely tracking of follow-up actions.
- Work cooperatively with internal teams to advance learning initiatives.
- Help ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing development for new and existing employees.
