As a Retail Supervisor, you will take a central role by actively leading and setting a high standard for your team. Whether assisting customers directly or managing warehouse operations, your focus will always be on providing an outstanding customer experience. Our comprehensive training and flexible shifts will support your work-life balance and help advance your career.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am - 8pm
• Saturday: 7am - 6pm
• Sunday: 9am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a team host, understanding customer needs and guiding them effectively to suitable products.
• Maintain excellent store standards including cash handling, addressing customer queries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing stock levels.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that values pride in the store and enjoys working together.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing a small team in a busy retail setting.
• Strong skills in delivering excellent customer service that drives sales.
• A curious mindset focused on continual improvement.
• Passion for the company and its business goals.
• A personable, dependable, honest approach, with flexibility and a strong work ethic.
