About the Role

Join Screwfix in Sunbury-On-Thames as an essential member of our retail team. We provide an extensive range of over 60,000 products across more than 900 stores, delivering tools, workwear, cables, and pipe fittings to tradespeople. As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead by example and contribute to both front-of-house customer support and warehouse operations, always ensuring customers remain the priority. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team by modeling excellent customer service and operational standards.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including cash reconciliation, handling customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing stock effectively.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes pride in the store and a positive, enjoyable workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager with prior experience managing small teams in fast-paced retail settings.
• Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service and converting these interactions into sales.
• Curious and proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Passionate about the retail business and its success.
• Friendly, adaptable, dependable, honest, and dedicated to hard work.
