About GPSAR Healthcare Ltd and Planet Health
GPSAR Healthcare Ltd operates the well-established retail brands 'Planet Health' and 'Perfect Mother'. Founded in 2001, Planet Health is a pioneering pharmaceutical and wellness retail chain in India focused on providing genuine products sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized partners, kept under correct storage conditions, and dispensed by qualified pharmacists. Currently, the company runs 39 outlets spread across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, and Vadodara in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets within the store.
- Overseeing the profit and loss statements and financial health of the store.
- Monitoring costs regularly to ensure expenses stay within allocated budgets.
- Managing cash flow effectively while controlling expenditures and increasing profitability.
- Analyzing inventory including fast-moving and slow-moving products to optimize stock and sales strategies.
- Implementing visually appealing merchandising techniques to boost product attractiveness.
- Executing promotional campaigns designed to enhance customer visits and store visibility.
- Building and maintaining strong brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Collaborating with the distribution department to place orders aligned with sales demand.
- Carrying out market research to evaluate brand standing and competitive advantages across various markets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction within the store environment.
