Retail Stocking Supervisor

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage begins at $20.00, varying based on location, experience, education, and skills. Monthly bonuses are available. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick time annually (or as mandated by law).

Scheduling

Work schedules respect operating hours from 6am to 10pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and demonstrate excellent customer service
• Keep the store safe, clean, and orderly
• Cross-train in all store operation roles, including stocking and sales tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Perform other delegated duties as needed
