Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position starts around $20.00, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, you may qualify for a monthly bonus. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in the company's 401(k) plan, which includes matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, combining PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to legal requirements. Operating hours span from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. with considerate scheduling practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify outstanding customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Gain proficiency by cross-training in all in-store roles, including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as the Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
