About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Stocking Manager for a full-time role at Harbor Freight Tools in Valdosta, GA. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $25.00 and $27.50, depending on factors such as location, expertise, education, and experience. In addition, you may be eligible for a monthly bonus. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability plans, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off accruals can reach up to 152 hours annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave accrues up to 64 hours yearly or as required by law.
Work Schedule
The store operates between 6 AM and 10 PM with scheduling that respects associates' availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify professional customer service
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized store environment
- Cross-train across all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate roles
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Serve as the acting Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Act as a subject matter expert in your role and demonstrate behaviors consistent with a “Great Place To Work” culture
- Ensure merchandise is adequately stocked and properly priced
- Perform additional duties as assigned
