We are seeking a dedicated Retail Staff member to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, managing cash transactions, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting inventory operations to ensure smooth daily store functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, gather their needs, and provide tailored product advice.
• Accurately record orders and ensure prompt billing and delivery to customers.
• Manage payment transactions through cash, card, and UPI using POS systems with accuracy.
• Share detailed information about menu options, promotions, and combo deals to boost sales.
• Encourage customers to add extras and take advantage of special offers to increase purchase value.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
• Keep the service counter, display areas, and overall store environment clean and orderly.
• Contribute to stock management by assisting in replenishment and conducting simple inventory checks.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to facilitate smooth operation flows.
