About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team full-time. This role is essential within a high-performing team, where you will be empowered and equipped to excel in your responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have recent leadership experience and a strong passion for retail careers, with a clear understanding of the importance of their work.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate for this position is $18 per hour, subject to variation based on location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, the role qualifies for a monthly bonus. We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave is available up to 64 hours per year unless governed otherwise by law.
Schedule and Work Environment
Our operating hours are from 6 am to 10 pm, and we ensure respectful scheduling within these times. The company observes closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain a store environment that is safe, clean, and orderly
- Cross-train in all store operational areas including stocking and sales tasks
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
- Fulfill the role of Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations
