Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to be a valued member of the Longreach team, working full-time on-site. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships by advocating Elders' products and services that foster business growth.
- Actively seek out and generate new business leads to meet established KPIs and sales objectives.
- Assist with managing stock levels, including conducting stocktakes and ensuring the secure dispatch of rural product inventory.
- Handle sales processing, including transaction completion and preparing client quotations.
- Coordinate complete delivery services to ensure timely and accurate distribution of rural goods.
- Participate in stock storage, receiving, and handling activities while strictly following safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoy collaborative teamwork and thrive in group-oriented work environments.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to positively impacting clients and rural communities.
- Possess detailed technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively assist customers.
- Bring prior sales experience and proficient retail skills.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster client relationships, both existing and prospective.
- Hold a current driver’s licence; a heavy rigid truck and forklift licence are advantageous, with Elders offering assistance to obtain these.
