About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Manager to join our team full-time. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $26.00 to $28.60, depending on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible employees can also earn a monthly bonus. Comprehensive benefits are available to you and your family, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage (both short-term and long-term). Participation in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions is offered. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, including vacation, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually, subject to legal requirements.
Working Hours
Operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with schedules that respect work-life balance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify outstanding customer service
- Maintain the store's safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop store associates
- Act as Leader on Duty as per scheduling
- Serve as a subject matter expert and embody a "Great Place to Work" culture
- Ensure stock availability and accurate pricing of merchandise
- Perform additional duties as assigned
