Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants onto the platform efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct follow-up visits to merchants to maintain relationships and address issues.
- Promote and sell sound box devices to merchants to enhance their transaction experience.
- Manage sound box replacements whenever necessary to ensure uninterrupted merchant operations.
Additional Information
This role prefers candidates with prior experience at leading digital payment firms such as Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, BharatPe, among others. The hiring process is urgent, with eight vacancies available specifically in the Durgapur region, covering locations including Ukhra, Pandebeswar, Andal and surrounding areas.
