About the Role

Join Advantage Solutions as a Retail Merchandiser and play a key role in enhancing shopping experiences. As part of SAS Retail Services, a network connecting over 65,000 team members with more than 4,000 brands in 40+ countries, you will support retailers by managing in-store merchandising tasks to meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct display units and end caps to promote products effectively within the store.
• Reset shelves, including product rotation, to maintain an organized and attractive presentation.
• Track inventory levels to help stores and suppliers optimize sales potential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to engage with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Physically capable of performing tasks involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required for commuting to and from the work site.
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Able to operate both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safety-first attitude in the retail environment.
