Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering excellent customer service, managing orders efficiently, supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, and maintaining a pleasant dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers courteously upon arrival.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly to guests.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the restaurant premises.
• Address customer inquiries and handle basic complaints in a polite and professional manner.
