Key Duties

• Conduct interviews and research topics pertinent to business activities and market trends.
• Create reports, articles, and multimedia content for internal use and external dissemination.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to guarantee accurate representation of company news, promotional activities, and service updates.
• Ensure journalistic standards, accuracy, and timely content delivery.
• Adapt content effectively for web and various social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong abilities in reporting including thorough information gathering, fact-checking, and news coverage.
• Exceptional communication skills with clarity and audience-appropriate expression.
• Proficient in writing structured news articles and reports.
• Basic to intermediate skills in multimedia editing involving images, video, or audio to enhance stories.
• A bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communication, media studies, or similar disciplines.
