Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager in Premier Banking, you will cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients, guiding their wealth management journeys with tailored financial and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a core customer base through effective relationship development.
• Manage clients' comprehensive wealth portfolios, aligning products to meet their financial objectives.
• Exhibit sincere engagement to support customers in reaching their fiscal aspirations.
• Work alongside Product Specialists to deliver expert technical assistance and cater to complex client requirements.
• Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and liaise with relevant departments for appropriate referrals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a university-level qualification, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Have more than six years of experience engaging directly with clients in banking, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
• Showcase proven sales competencies combined with a customer-focused attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Maintain solid knowledge of financial markets with an active interest in staying updated.
• Demonstrate independence and resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
• Hold relevant CMFAS certifications.
