Role Summary
The Middle Market division focuses on partnering with high-potential enterprises by offering financing, treasury, trade, cash management, and strategic advisory services tailored for growth at every business phase.
As a Relationship Manager in this division, your responsibilities will include acquiring and nurturing relationships with Middle Market clients, particularly High Growth Companies, Serial Entrepreneurs, Emerging Leaders, and other promising businesses. You will guide these clients in scaling operations, broadening regional reach, professionalising their management, and smoothly transitioning them into larger banking segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and deepen relationships within priority Middle Market segments to boost wallet share and lifetime client value.
- Provide integrated banking solutions encompassing lending, trade finance, treasury, cash management, and digital banking services.
- Spot emerging growth opportunities and assist clients through significant milestones such as expansion, acquisitions, succession planning, and regional development.
- Establish strong ecosystem partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and management teams.
- Promote digitalisation and encourage adoption of innovative banking tools among clients.
- Uphold strict credit standards, portfolio integrity, and comply with regulatory and internal policies.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in business or commercial banking.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management products.
- Proven capability to engage business owners, entrepreneurs, and scaling enterprises.
- Strong skills in business development, relationship building, and advisory services.
- A motivated, commercially savvy, results-driven team player passionate about fostering business growth.
