About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our Direct Sales team and contribute actively towards driving individual sales for our company in the Pune area.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently generate sales by engaging potential clients.
- Meet prospective customers at their office locations or company branches to understand their requirements and effectively present our insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture robust and enduring relationships with customers through regular client meetings primarily conducted at their offices.
- Maintain and develop the existing customer base while focusing on client retention.
- Work on sales leads provided by the company and successfully convert them into closed sales.
