Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales in bancassurance, health insurance, and life insurance domains.
• Effectively communicate and explain various insurance policies to potential clients.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships across different organizational levels.
• Operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, maintaining high motivation levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance sales, health insurance sales, or life insurance sales.
• Solid understanding of multiple insurance products including health and life insurance.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with diverse client profiles.
• Self-driven with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a graduate degree from any discipline.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is INR 225,000 to INR 275,000 per annum.
