Job description
About The Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team on a direct company payroll basis, not through any agency. This position involves both office duties and field work. The role offers a fixed monthly salary between ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (in-hand) for candidates with relevant experience along with unlimited incentives, provident fund benefits, and promising career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Engage actively in selling insurance products, loans, credit cards, or other banking products based on prior experience.
- Maintain direct interaction with clients in both office and field settings to build lasting relationships.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in insurance sales, loan sales, credit card sales, or banking product sales is mandatory.
- Applicants must hold a graduation degree with valid passing certificates.
- Age should be in the range of 24 to 39 years.
- Possession and usage of a two-wheeler vehicle is compulsory for field visits.
- Must have a valid PAN card.
- Candidates need to provide relevant documentation including previous company's offer letter, experience letter, salary slips, and academic certificates (10th, 12th, and graduation passing certificates) upon application.
