Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Referral Agent working remotely to generate and handle student referrals for Legend Driving School. The primary responsibility involves identifying potential students, promoting driving programs, and guiding prospects through enrollment procedures. The Referral Agent maintains consistent communication with interested individuals, addresses inquiries, and provides detailed, clear information about services.

This position requires using digital tools such as phone, email, and online systems to nurture relationships, track referral progress, and collaborate with training and customer care teams to ensure an excellent onboarding experience. Monitoring referral outcomes and delivering insights to enhance outreach and enrollment strategies is also part of the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong sales capabilities including outreach, persuasion, and closing-of-enrollment skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities to offer polite, prompt, and accurate assistance to prospective learners.
• Research competence for identifying referral opportunities and understanding learner demographics.
• Experience in managing referral processes and tracking pipeline performance.
• Collaboration skills to work alongside instructors and gain comprehension of training offerings.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with confidence in telephone, email, and online communication channels.
• Independent work ethic suited to remote environments, effective time management, and meeting targets.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software or spreadsheets; prior experience in education or driving school settings is advantageous.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or communications considered a plus.
