Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Recruitment Supervisor to fully manage the recruitment cycle from shop-floor workers to supervisory roles. This position demands a confident, persuasive public communicator capable of effectively representing the company to artisans and professionals. The ideal applicant is energetic, detail-oriented, people-centric, and skilled in influence building, capable of engaging at leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment for skilled labor, functional staff, and factory-floor roles.
- Maintain and regularly update the Offer Approval sheet to ensure accurate real-time recruitment data.
- Oversee the onboarding process by coordinating with financial institutions to establish and verify employee accounts.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant for new hires.
- Lead salary negotiations for skilled employees.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to recruitment efforts.
- Represent the company in external forums involving artisan groups, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Organize recruitment drives in designated communities.
- Develop and sustain relationships with community leaders like assemblymen and influential local figures to enhance recruitment outreach.
- Manage confirmation and documentation processes for casual workers.
- Ensure all new employees complete the joining checklist.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, encouraging best practices and high achievement.
- Conduct training and mentorship programs to strengthen team capabilities and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably an internal candidate familiar with company systems and culture, approachable and positive.
- Confident and well-presented, capable of proudly representing the company in diverse settings.
- Highly organized, articulate, and detail-focused.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Effective public speaker and influencer to attract talent.
- Natural networker skilled at building authentic relationships within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years' recruiting experience, including factory and supervisory level hiring.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Competent in data analysis and recruitment reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and knowledgeable about online recruitment platforms.
