Job Overview

The Recruitment Sourcer role supports large clients across various industries including Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Government. These clients represent about 70% of the company’s annual revenue. The Sourcer will contribute to fulfilling client hiring needs by identifying and submitting qualified candidates efficiently.

Work Schedule and Location

This position follows a night shift schedule, working from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. The role requires employees to be onsite from Monday to Thursday at the Hyderabad HiTEC City location, with Fridays working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts under the Strategic Accounts program.
• Maintain recruitment performance metrics for assigned customers.
• Screen, source, and submit candidate resumes via client hiring portals.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and support the onboarding process after hires.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of prior recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making over 25 calls daily.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment maintaining high quality standards.
• Good communication and presentation skills with internal management.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for collaborative work.
