Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Operations & Delivery Lead to oversee and manage a recruiting team effectively, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment processes for our client based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring objectives.
- Collect and analyze daily and weekly reports related to recruiter activities, including CV submissions, interview schedules, offer releases, candidate joining, and job closures.
- Evaluate and validate recruitment requirements to align sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure recruitment aligns with client expectations and obtain timely feedback from clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
Additional Information
The position offers an annual salary package ranging from 400,000 to 600,000 INR.
