Job Overview

This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by an attractive commission plan, providing uncapped earning potential. The position is based in Jurong East, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and shortlist candidates aligning with job requirements and suitability criteria.
• Match qualified candidates to fitting job roles effectively.
• Create and manage job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual sales Key Performance Indicators and monthly revenue targets within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Candidates holding a CEI Certificate will be given preference. This position welcomes individuals considering a career change.
