Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to fill various industrial roles
- Build and maintain relationships within your candidate network
- Conduct pre-employment screenings including reference checks, interviews, and qualifications verification
- Provide exceptional support and service to field employees during their placements
- Participate in projects aimed at delivering meaningful changes for local communities
