Role Overview
This full-time Recruitment Coordinator position is based on-site in Maadi, Queensland. The role manages the complete recruitment cycle, from composing job advertisements and screening applications to arranging interviews and maintaining thorough candidate documentation. The coordinator liaises with hiring managers to define job requirements, streamline interview scheduling, and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to fulfill staffing demands effectively and compliantly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, encompassing job posting, candidate evaluation, and scheduling interviews.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities capable of handling several vacancies concurrently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail regarding record accuracy, documentation preparation, and adherence to company policies.
- Capability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams within a dynamic logistics environment.
- Experience in logistics, courier services, or related operational sectors considered an advantage.
- Preferred educational background includes a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
